Private and commercial registration can be arranged in all the well-known flag state jurisdictions and we would recommend a flag state pursuant to the purchaser's intended plans for utilising the yacht. We also advise on the requirements made by specific flag-state jurisdictions for private and commercial registration with regard to the various classification and flag-state surveys required.
