Foundations
As a hybrid, a foundation shares some of the characteristics and advantages of companies and trusts. It is a distinct legal entity that can hold assets in its own name for purposes set out in its constitutive documents. The administration of a foundation is carried out in accordance with contractual rather than fiduciary principles.
Trustcorp can establish, provide council members and administer assets for foundations constituted under the laws of Jersey, Panama, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
