Will has been a Director of Trustcorp since 1999 and has extensive experience of offshore trust and corporate structures, especially those with underlying real estate assets. Prior to this he worked in the City of London in the insurance and financial service sectors, acquiring extensive fiduciary experience in a closely regulated environment. He also has had detailed involvement in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring on a global scale. He spent ten years with the Minet Group, where he rose to Group Finance Director after initially joining their specialist professional indemnity insurance unit. Prior to this he spent seven years in the Harris and Dixon Group, his final two years as Finance Director of the insurance-broking subsidiary.

Will is a chartered accountant and qualified in 1976 in the City practice of Thomson McLintock & Co (now KPMG) and became a Fellow of the ICAEW in 1981.
