Bill has worked in the Jersey Finance Industry for over 40 years. After serving as a Corporate Trust Officer with The Royal Trust Company of Canada (CI) Limited, he became Senior Trust Officer and Company Secretary at Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank Trustee (Jersey) Limited. Bill joined Ermitage Trustees Limited, became Company Secretary in 1987 and was appointed to its board of directors in July 1991. He joined Trustcorp as a director in 1999.

Bill has built up a wealth of experience in the management of corporate and private client structures. In addition to the more traditional trust and company investment holding businesses, Bill is also experienced in looking after corporate clients (some stock exchange-listed) and commercial transactions.
